This project was born out of a meeting at the Ideal Home Exhibition in 2018 where JW was working as a consultant within the 'Renovation Advice Hub' on behalf of CIAT.

The relationship developed and so did the project resulting in these stunning proposals for the property which has been extended to the side and rear.

​

The family home now boasts four double bedrooms, two bathrooms and an impressive open plan living / kitchen / dining area with generous link to the patio and garden beyond.

​

Planning was achieved in November 2018. The project started on site in February 2019 and is due for completion within 4-5 months.
