This project is located just outside the village of Radlett. The setting is tranquill and the place that our clients have picked to start their family.

With a newborn on the way time was our biggest pressure with project. From instruction to starting on site, including planning and building control, the process took around three months.

The requirement was to create a new master bedroom, maximising the countryside views to the rear whilst retaining the existing home's cottage charm.

The project was on site approx. 4 months and completed ahead of the babies arrival.
