Project overview:

This project started with the question so many do, 'do we renovate and extend, or demolish and build new?'.

After spending time assessing the feasibility of both options, including getting cost estimates from a couple of trusted contacts, we established that the latter would be the preference on this occasion.

The clients had a unique brief, setting out to create a series of beautiful but genuinely functional spaces across the ground, first and second floors.

The far reaching views to the rear, sun path and neighboring context naturally influenced the designs too, resulting in a wonderful one-off forever home.

We are super excited to see this brought to life in 2027.
