Project overview:

The existing home had previously been renovated in 2004 but had started to feel tired and dated. The client had aspirations of modernising the home, creating a special place to live that met their exact requirements.

Works involved completely transforming the house, adapting the layout to better suit the way the client lived. We extended to the rear at ground floor, reorganised the internal layouts, applied new finishes throughout, adapted the existing raised patio and constructed a new garden room - complete with pizza oven!

Works started in 2023 and were finished in the summer of 2025.
