Project overview:

This substantial detached home was originally built in the 1990’s and forms one of nine detached homes within an exclusive gated development.

Planning approval was recently secured to carry out a number of subtle improvements to the externals including two front extensions, dormer window amendments, the creation of a series of large openings to the rear elevation, formation of a long, elegant projecting canopy + a whole new roof structure creating an additional floor with balcony. This is combined with more dramatic alterations to the internal layout and finish.

Following a successful tender process, works started at the beginning of February 2025.
