Complete transformation of a semi-detached home in Hitchin

These clients approached me to work with them on the transformation of their newly purchased home back in January 2023.

They had a concise brief which involved creating additional space for their family plus guests.

​

There were a number of external constraints due to neighbouring homes and previous development but we navigated these to settle on a two storey side extension, large single storey rear extension and loft conversion.

​

We secured planning approval first time and following a successful tender process towards the end of 2023, Gilbert and Gregson were appointed main contractors.

​

Works started on site in February 2024 and are progressing well. Completed photos will follow!
