JW Bespoke were recommended for this project via a contractor that we have previously worked with. We were introduced to the client and it was clear from the beginning that our minds were thinking along the same lines...

The property is located in Old Harlow, Essex and is currently a tired, three bedroom, chalet bungalow with a pebbledash render finish to the front and sides but with two separate brick extensions to the rear.

The final design applies a holistic approach to the whole house, using a mix of contemporary materials to create a modern, bespoke family home.

​

Internally a grand double height entrance hall has been created with gallery landing above, the ground floor has been opened up to improve the flow through the house whilst always offering views out the new bifolding doors to the long garden. Upstairs we have created a master suite 'wing' whilst further enhancing the other two bedrooms.
