The clients for this project approached JWBA shortly after purchasing an interesting, but very tired split-level home in Ware, Hertfordshire.

The house sits in a beautfiul location with great views to both the front and rear. To the front the house appears like a two storey home but it is in-fact split level, meaning there are 4 'half' levels. The general condition of the home was ok but dated and ready for an overhaul.

The brief was expansive and the scope of the project super exciting. The plans evolved and quickly we developed external designs which completely transformed the appearance of the house.

Planning approval was achieved first time in March 2023.

​

A contractor was appointed early in the process to advise on costs and to help speed up the overall process. The build commenced on site in April 2023 and is due to be finished in time for Christmas!
