This project was taken on at the start of 2021.

The clients had a clear vision for the home they wanted to create and placed their confidence in JWBA to help turn their dreams into a reality.

We secured planning approval first time round and successfully tendered the project towards the end of 2021.

​

The project completely transforms the appearance of the house to the front and rear. To the front there is a much more sympathetic, subtle set of improvements whilst to the rear the additions are striking and contemporary in their form and materiality.

The project was completed during the summer of 2023.
