Whole house renovation + rear extension.

JWBA were appointed to complete a whole house transformation on this property before the client moved in.

The client secured a 12 month let of a house nearby and so we were tasked with designing, gaining the relevant permissions and delivering the build within this time.

​

The house is now unrecognisable and has been transformed into a modern but respectful home within a quaint Hertfordshire village. 

​

The home comprises five bedrooms, five bathrooms, an open plan kitchen and informal dining space, prep kitchen / 'bootility', downstairs WC, a family room, formal dining room and formal lounge.
