Hitchin Road, Stotfold.

Creation of a new dwelling within the rear garden of the clients previous home. 

The client approached JWBA with this exciting project back in 2021 and had a clear brief in mind.

Designs were explored for the challenging sloping site and following a successful a pre-app we fully developed the scheme read for a formal planning submission. In August 2022 we achieved planning approval via a unanimous decision at committee. 

The home has been designed with an open plan kitchen / dining space, lounge, snug / kids games room, 4 bedrooms, a family bathroom, a study + master suite with its own en-suite and dressing area. The garage complex provides parking for two cars, has a separate plant room and workshop above.

The project is likely to start on site towards the end of 2022 / beginning of 2023 and is going to be an exciting one to follow.
