JW Bespoke were appointed on this fantastic project back in 2018. Due to the sites sensitive location within the heart of the Bengeo Conservation area designs had to be carefully crafted to ensure both the planners and clients were happy..

At ground floor the extension provides a new kitchen / dining space together with bathroom and much needed storage space. First floor provides space for a third bedroom and the creation of an en-suite off the master.

Following a positive pre-application submission the design was tweaked slightly and received full planning approval in July 2018.

​

The project was successfully completed in 2020.
