Terms of Engagement:

The purpose of this service, offered to the client by JW Bespoke Architecture and Interior Design, is to produce a series of hypothetical, concept floor plans based on the parameters set out in the form above. The service is strictly a desktop-based study and at no point will JW Bespoke Architecture and Interior Design attend the property as part of the service.

The drawings prepared for the client are based wholly on publicly available estate agents photographs and floor plans and assume that the estate agents floor plans and dimensions stated are accurate and offer a fair and true representation of the property. JW Bespoke Architecture and Interior Design accepts no responsibility or liability for inaccurate estate agent floor plans. The responsibility lies solely with the client for checking and satisfying themselves of the accuracy of the estate agents floor plans prior to the service commencing.

JW Bespoke Architecture and Interior Design under no circumstances shall be held liable for any damage (including, without limitation, damage for loss of business or loss of profits) arising in contract, tort or otherwise from the use of, or inability to use, these drawings, and / or from any action or decision taken as a result of these drawings or any such material obtained from JW Bespoke Architecture and Interior Design.
