Benefitting from Permitted Development Rights.
Time was of the essence when the clients approached me with the brief for this project... a baby was on the way!

We utilised the Permitted Development Rights to ensure our proposals were lawful, allowing us to proceed to the working drawings quickly and without having to wait for lengthy approvals to come through from the planners.
The design involved extending out to the front, side, rear and up into the loft space to provide a comfortable, practical home for a growing family.

Whilst the technical drawings were prepared for the whole project, the building work was split up into two phases; cracking on with the ground and first floor works as quickly as possible but leaving the loft conversion for a later date.

Work commenced in August 2021.
