JWBA were introduced to the clients of this projects whilst working in the 'Ask An Expert Hub' at the Ideal Home Show at London Olympia.

The brief was not to extend but to simple reorganise the space that was available in order to maxmise the light and feeling of space within the home.

At ground floor we created two openings and relocated the kitchen to open up the floor plan, creating a dual-aspect space that was filled with natural light. At first floor the bathroom was relocated and rooms repurposed to enable the formation of an additional en-suite shower room off the master bedroom.

The house was completed in the prior to Christmas 2019. The contractor returned during the summer of 2020 to complete the landscaping.
