Following completion of another project for a relative of the client, I was appointed to help transform their own newly purchased home.

The property is positioned in a beautiful 'green belt' location, just outside Hertford and close by to the wonderful Cole Green Way.

​

The client had ambitions to increase the footprint of the property drastically and so we had to prepare a sensitive planning strategy to ensure the desired final outcome. 

​

The works to the existing home include a two storey side and rear extension + complete new roof, formed using attic trusses, creating a further two bedrooms and a shower room. 

​

The client works in the construction industry and will be completing a lot of the work themselves.
